We take every step to make your dog's grooming experience enjoyable. The facility is open and dog friendly - no cages, no muzzles, no "back rooms". We respect each individual pup's needs and personality and consider it our privilege to groom your dog. We work to earn and maintain your and your pet's trust in our knowledge, techniques & skill.

True beauty makes us feel warm and fuzzy
Each pup receives an overall examination of their coat, skin, ears and nails. We look for sensitive areas, bumps or scratches or skin conditions with which we take special care. We report any noted concerns to the parent(s). We clean the ears and remove excessive hair as needed, trim and file nails, choose the shampoo and conditioners based on coat and skin condition, clean the eyes with holistic eye wash, and apply special treatments as needed including, but not limited to, colloidal silver spray for hotspots, herbal rinses for flea or itching relief, and eucalyptus and mint for sore joints.
Should a dog seem excessively nervous, if a senior needs lots of rest breaks, or if a young puppy is not yet familiar with grooming, we will keep each step to a few minutes with a play or rest breaks in between so they are not subjected to more than they can comfortably handle.
We use natural skin and hair products (shampoos, conditioners, herbal rinses, clay masques, salt baths). After the bath, each pup receives a brisk rub-down.
Each dog is dried and brushed by hand (no cage dryers).

Rates depend upon the size of each dog, the coat and skin condition, behavior, age, and any time required over normal time allowances.
